Mira La Paz Rotting wood - Broken Handrails - Rust Eaten Walkways
Walking around this fine community one can easily notice our monthly Mira La Paz pillage of our hard earned money from monthly extortion fees going to good use, when you see the rotting wood and metal on the hand rails and the rust eaten metal frames of our steps and walkways throughout all buildings. The neglect when it comes to the paint is one thing, but when the rust has eaten most of the metal and our safety is an issue then at what point is that fuck-knuckle of a HOA president and his group of Walmart greeters, including that creepy weird old woman who pushes her dog around in a stroller! a STROLLER!!! who walk around pointing a problems and shaking their heads like a disregarded bobble head dash novelty oddly placed in a thrift mart gas station shelf on the way out to nowhere with a discounted sticker plastered on it;s face! Their main reply when approached at meetings about the issues is we are addressing them! But when you ask the main Anus Troll Keith Rieken he says " If people would pay their fees like they are supposed too we could do more! But we have to sue these assholes to get what they are supposed to pay to fix shit! Go complain to the deadbeat residents who don't pay then get foreclosed on where their money is!
